Speaking at the launch of his autobiography - the open and honest `Jose Mourinho: Made in Portugal' - the former Porto manager explained how any difficulties are outweighed by a burning desire to succeed. 'People change with time and experiences. I change every day. I feel I can improve as a person and a manager in your country and with your football because it is the best in the world,' he said. 'I am in love with the passion the players have for the game. Maybe I was lucky to have players like Frank Lampard and John Terry. I think managers can learn from players. I am open to that. 'I think we can do good things in England. We need to do something special. For Chelsea to win the Premiership would be something special. 'They did it once in their history, 50 years ago, and if we can do it with a young team and a manager just arrived in the country, it would be special. Maybe my next book will be called `Made In England'!' Mourinho, with the confidence of a manager who has won four of the last five trophies he has competed for, believes Chelsea are well on their way to achieving that success. He wants to face Spanish league leaders Barcelona in the next round of the Champions League because it is against the biggest names that reputations are made and points proven - just as he managed with Porto against Manchester United last season. 'For emotional reasons and because everyone says they are the best in Europe at the moment, I would like to play Barcelona,' said Mourinho, a former assistant coach at the Nou Camp. 'In football, top people are never scared. We always want to play against the big teams, the big managers, players always want to play big players. We always want these things for our careers.' Mourinho sensed ahead of that Champions League tie against Manchester United that Sir Alex Ferguson felt his side would be beaten - and so it proved. The Chelsea boss has detected a similar nervousness emanating from Old Trafford this season as United struggle nine points off the top of the table. 'At that time, because Sir Alex Ferguson is a top manager in the world and intelligent, experienced, he felt and he smelled that `Porto can beat us',' recalledMourinho. 'Today I think he understands he has a great team, great players, and he can still fight for the championship because nine points in the Premiership is not too much. 'But at the same time he knows we are strong, we play well, we have ambition and we have attitude and it will be difficult to catch us.' 老大傳記應該賣的不錯 我也想買本來看看 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.228.9.129
