Ottmar offer denied

Responding to reports in a German newspaper claiming Bayern Munich
manager Ottmar Hitzfeld had received an offer from Chelsea, our chief
executive, Peter Kenyon has today said: "This is totally untrue and without
any foundation whatsoever. Chelsea has not made any approach to Ottmar
Hitzfeld."
