Ranieri calls for cameras
Chelsea boss Claudio Ranieri called for goalline cameras to be introduced
after the 2-2 FA Cup draw at Watford.
The Hornets took an early lead through Heidar Helguson's header that hit
the bar and bounced onto the line.
Television replays showed the ball did not cross the line, and Ranieri
believes cameras should now be a part of the modern game.
"Soon, especially in the Premiership, all stadia must have a camera to say
whether it's a goal," said Ranieri.
"I make mistakes, as do players, referees and linesmen. I'm not just saying
it because this has happened to us."
Chelsea equalised Helguson's strike with Eidur Gudjohnsen's penalty, while
they also fought back a second time through Frank Lampard's goal after Gavin
Mahon had headed Watford ahead again.
Watford boss Ray Lewington admitted his team may have benefited from good
fortune for their opener, but insisted they deserved a second-half penalty when
Mahon tried to go past William Gallas.
"I've been told that our first goal may not have crossed the line, but it
was given. I don't really know as I haven't seen it again," said Lewington.
"My boys were quite convinced that they should have had a penalty in the
second-half, when Mahon went through and thought he was tripped."

拉老竟然也會說出這種話
唉
你不需要一台攝影機
你只需要讓前鋒快快進球
還有兩個頂球頂得過別人的中衛....
