Birmingham boss confirms Gronkjaer interest

Steve Bruce has confirmed that Jesper Gronjaer may leave Birmingham City
Football Club after interest from two Spanish clubs.
The former Chelsea winger has not made the expected impact at St. Andrews since
joining Blues in preference to Sevilla and Bruce may allow him to leave to
fund potential new signings.
Sevilla are again said to be keen on the player while Atletico Madrid are also
interested in a ￡1.5 million deal for the Danish international
Bruce said: “There have been a couple of Spanish clubs who have made enquiries.
They are both hoping to do something in January but, as yet, they have made no
firm offers
