Robben's injury is foot not ankle

Reports in the media that Arjen Robben has broken a bone in his ankle are wrong.
Physio Mike Banks has explained that his injury is in his foot.
Talking to Chelsea TV, Banks reported: “There’s only three bones around the
ankle, they’re all quite major, so any fracture is a major injury.
“When Arjen got injured he twisted his foot, and chipped a small bone in his
foot.
“He should be training by the time the internationals return from the next
campaign.”
Robben suffered the injury against Roma on July 29th, and it was diagnosed
quickly on return to England. He is training well before starting running again,
so when he is free to train fully he should be able to join up with the first
team squad quickly.
