羅本： "I'm not a player who will just sit and pick up my wages if I am
not playing. If I'm not playing for a long time then I will be
very disappointed."
"If you want to play then you want to play, it doesn't matter if
you are at a club like Chelsea on a good salary. That's not why I
am here."
"I realise I'm at one of the top clubs in Europe and maybe there
won't be a better club for me at the moment. But I'm here to play
football, win prizes and win every match at a great club, not to
be on the bench."
"I respect the manager enormously and if I am put on the bench I
will fight my way back to the side, but I don't have to be happy
about it."
"I want to play every game but in England you have to have a rest
sometimes otherwise you end up knackered two or three months
before the end of the season."
"I don't think it's very good when you play three or four matches
and then get dropped straight away if you don't play well in one
of them."
"It's better for a team and for a player to get a real structure
and rhythm rather than play four matches and then miss two. At
Chelsea we've got a lot of quality so you know if you don't play
well for two consecutive matches then you will be replaced."

yesterday because the interview was in a magazine today. I saw
the interview and the comments are absolutely normal.
"What I think is that, after Ricardo's situation, you cannot give
an interview because they will pick through your words. So in my
opinion the mistake doesn't come from him, it comes from whoever
let him do the interview."
