Ｕ21教練： "If the players available on this trip are playing first team
            football then it would be hard for him to get back. He wasn't
            selected because he hadn't kicked a ball since the last time
            he played for us. He played ever so well against Wales, from
            that time he hasn't kicked a ball since."


           "As far as I'm concerned he had an injury, couldn't play
            against Germany, played well against Wales and then went back.
            The door is certainly not closed here, the last time he played
            for us he played very well."


           "Glen Johnson's ability is first class, there's no doubt about
            that. He needs more first team football and start to play
            regularly. I feel for him, he's at a magnificent football club
            and it's hard for him to get in the team."
