Hernan Crespo's agent claims his client is close to agreeing an extension to
his loan deal with Milan.
The Argentinian hitman has flourished during his time at San Siro on loan
from Chelsea, and is willing to take a pay cut to facilitate a proposed deal.

Chelsea chief executive Peter Kenyon has been in Milan to take part in
discussions with The Rossoneri's top brass, with left back Kakha Kaladze
already claiming that the London outfit have secured his future following
the summit.
Kenyon's trip appears to be yielding quick results, with Crespo's agent
Fernando Hidalgo now claiming that Chelsea will concur on an extension to
the former Internazionale man's current agreement.
Hidalgo also revealed that such is Crespo's desire to stay in Milan he is
willing to forgo the portion of his wages paid by The Blues.

"Next week everything will be settled," said Hidalgo.
"Chelsea have a board meeting next Thursday and it will be resolved.

That's the case with Crespo.

"His wishes are paramount. That's why Crespo has agreed to take a pay cut with
his salary which will be paid only by Milan.

It's a great deal for Milan."
