Chelsea assistant manager Steve Clarke has admitted he came close to leaving
the club last season.
助理教練克拉克說他上賽季幾乎要走了
Clarke, who first arrived at Stamford Bridge as a player in 1987, concedes
that Jose Mourinho's departure almost convinced him it was time to move on.

However, he changed his mind at the end of the campaign after Chelsea came
second in the Premier League and agonisingly lost the UEFA Champions League
final to Manchester United on penalties.
不過,他改變主意,上賽季球隊最後拿到英超跟歐冠亞軍
Clarke admits he would only want to leave on a high and is now determined to
help guide Chelsea to success this term.
克拉克說他想在球隊最好狀態下離開,並且現在幫切爾西導向成功.
"Last October when Jose Mourinho left I was 90 per cent certain I was going
to leave," he told the Daily Star Sunday.
他跟Daily Star Sunday說"當莫里尼奧走的時候,幾乎有90%想要離開"
"But then by the end of the season I wanted to stay because I didn't want to
leave on a blank season.
"但是到賽季末,我想要留下來,我不想要在球隊一無所得的賽季中離開"
"After a season like that I think it would have been too hard to move. I
wanted to put things right."
"在一個困難的賽季之後,我覺得我很難走人,我想要把事情弄好"
Clarke believes his feelings are shared by many of the players, with the
likes of Frank Lampard and Didier Drogba opting to stay despite interest from
elsewhere.
He explained: "You can imagine the pain in the group. Now they have the
opportunity to go out and put everything right."
