move. Drogba and Shevchenko combine, the Ukrainian prods the ball through
to last season's top scorer who finishes confidently.

Carvalho for Terry is the one change in the backline from the starting
line-up in Chicago. Ballack, Lampard and Essien all start again but this
time in a midfield three rather than a four. Kalou and Robben are new
starters in a very fluid front line with Shevchenko.
The game is a significant step-up in sharpness from three days earlier,
against superior opposition. The chances were there for a bigger win with
corners especially causing the home side problems. At the other end the
defence was comfortable apart from the last minute aberration. First year
trainee Woods is rewarded for his impressive work and attitude in the
American training camp.
The formation remained 4-3-3 throughout. A healthy evening's work all
round.
個人感想
傑瑞米: 打右後衛給對手的壓迫不太夠，這樣很容易讓人傳中，老問題
隊長: 防守OK，但是有一次手球，裁判覺得距離太近沒抓。角球進攻威脅十足
費雷拉: 來到左邊後不太後上，但解圍時左腳用得不錯
卡盧: 非常積極，不過缺乏門前的直接威脅
小賴特: 處理球要果斷一點，今天速度沒跑出來
舍瓦: 球做得不錯
芭樂: 頭球的優勢很明顯
獸巴: 幾次進攻意識不錯，不過身體好像跟不上??
全隊: 節奏很快啊，以往為人詬病的拖拖拉拉後場導腳幾乎看不見
更多的是地面傳球，中場互傳頗順，但跟前鋒們的連結還差一點，兩邊也沒打開
