No-one came closer than Arjen Robben to salvaging something from the
wreckage that was Chelsea's first Premiership defeat at Tottenham.


Having much earlier in the game been denied by a Ledley King challenge
when seemingly poised to score, the final opportunity of the game also
fell the Dutchman's way.


His cleanly-struck 89th minute shot curled onto the post leaving him still
looking for his first goal since February.

‘In each of the last four games I could have scored but I have clipped
the shoulder of the goalkeeper or had some bad luck,’ said the
disappointed player after the match.

最近四場比賽怎麼射就是射不進。


‘I just have to keep going and I think when one goes in, more will keep
coming.

可能射進一個以後進球就會一直來。


‘After the red card, our tactic was to just kept going forward. Of course
we gave away some space and Tottenham were also quite dangerous, but we
did quite well and my shot I think missed by just millimetres.’

最後那球打門柱可能只差不到一根手指的寬度就能進。


Robben also reflected on a second game in a row when six yellow cards were
shown to Chelsea players.


‘I think we are strong physically but we are not mean. We play fair. It
is all different from the Champions League but we were ready for the
battle. We were up for it and I think we showed that.’
