Indeed Norwich manager Nigel Worthington deserves respect and credit
for choosing to try and win the afternoon’s tie.
He revealed: “We came here to have a go. We didn’t park the bus in
front of the goal.
“The first-half we were good value and the 3-0 scoreline was harsh.
The first two goals we gave the ball away cheaply. You get away with it
sometimes in the Championship but not at this level.
“We’ve been beaten 4-0 by a very good side. There’s no shame in
getting beaten at Chelsea,” the Norwich boss continued.
“Chelsea are quality. When you get the likes of Drogba, Parker and
Kezman coming off the bench, it shows their quality. They will be there
or thereabouts for the title.”
