Speaking ahead of today's visit to Old Trafford, new man in charge Avram
Grant has expressed his desire that the club's fans get behind him and the
team as they look for three points.

There are few harder tasks for a manager's debut than an away game to the
champions Manchester United, especially with the absence of key players
like Frank Lampard and Didier Drogba, but Grant insists it is his task to
win matches, which is how he would like to be judged by supporters.
雖然主力缺陣，又是客場作戰，但格蘭特還是希望用勝利還贏得球迷的心。
'As a Chelsea fan, they'll support the team, support the club. Players
come and go, coaches come and go, but the fans stay forever. The club
needs their support, especially as we didn't have good results in the last
month,' Grant said.
"卻爾西球迷會支持球隊和俱樂部的，球員來來去去，教練來來去去，但球迷會留下
來，俱樂部需要他們的支持，特別是在現在這種情況。"
'I respect them, I like them, I respect Jose Mourinho. It was the same
when Ranieri left, it's very nice to see it from the outside.
"我尊敬他們，我尊敬莫里尼奧。拉涅利離去的情形也一樣，從外面來看這種情形是

'I hope it's the same when I need to leave, but again the supporters were
here before me and Jose, and they will be here after me and Jose. At the
end of the day I need to do my job.

'Jose became popular because he did things in the last years. I don't
think he was popular in the beginning, because he replaced Ranieri who was
also popular. I need to do something first to become popular,' he
admitted, understanding the fans' appreciation for the work Mourinho did
at Chelsea.
"何塞受歡迎是因為過去幾年的成就，不過他一開始並非受到歡迎，因為他取代的是
拉涅利的位子，一個同樣受歡迎的人。所以我必須拿出東西來讓大家喜歡我。"
Despite lacking the prestigious titles of Mourinho, Grant is no stranger
to success, and is able to shrug off any criticism from outside, regarding
his appointment.
新教練覺得自己能成功，他不在意外界的批評。
'It doesn't hurt because Jose Mourinho was a great manager and still is. I
know I came and everybody said I don't have experience of the English
league, I don't have experience as a coach, but I've seen training and
games here many times so I don't see any problem.
"莫里尼奧是個偉大的教練，我知道大家都在質疑我沒有英超經驗，不過我已經見過
這裡的訓練和比賽，所以我覺得沒有任何問題。"
'As a director of football I had a very good relationship with the
players. I like their attitude, how they behave, how they want to win all
the time. The relationship was good and now I'm manager only a few days, I
hope this relationship will continue.'
"身為一個足球總監，我跟球員有良好的關係，我喜歡他們的態度和作為。現在我才
剛執教幾天而已，我希望這種關係能繼續下去。"
