Before heading for Humberside, Chelsea trained late on Tuesday afternoon with
Avram Grant's team selection yet to be finalised.

training,' he explained shortly before the session began. 'It is not an ideal

play so well except for 20 minutes against Reading and the Birmingham game
which was fantastic. We don't score enough goals so we need to improve things
there and in a short time because every few days we have a game and we don't
have time to work. 'It is a process, it is not coming in one day but I know I
don't have much time either. I wish it was like switching a switch but it is
not. But I don't think also that we need a long time.'
