我要報告的paper有很多地方不太懂> <
1.什麼是Spiking level (ug/l)
2.有一張圖下面的注解是:Chromatograms for apple juice(a)control;(b)spiked
with 100 ug/l of patulin prepared byusing the tandem PVPP-C18 cartridge
system
(a)control;(b)spiked這是什麼意思@@
那兩張圖(b)多了一個(a)沒有的peak??
3. 裡面有 PVPP C18 HLB 這3種cartidge
請問哪裡有這方面的資料呢??

添加進去的樣品濃度？

control 對照組？
spiked 實驗組？(有加入添加試劑的)
若加入的試劑為內標或原先樣品裡沒有的，便會讓你的層析圖譜和對照組比起來多
一根peak..
(若是內標的話，可用以評估系統的穩定度。)

問儀器廠商比較快，有些廠商的catalog會有資料。
