The HPLC method used to obtain ursolic acid consisted
of a linear gradient of acetonitrile from 75 to 95% in 28
min on a semipreparative C18 column. Ursolic acid was
eluted at 21.2 min and stored as a powder at -20°C. Within
48 h prior to the experiment, ursolic acid was dissolved
in 95% ethanol at 2.5 mg/ml and stored at 4°C.

是說在75 to 95% 的 acetonitrile 中獲得 ursolic acid 的斜率？
什麼意思？他們依不同比例去混合然後跑 HPLC ？不是吧 @@"
還是在斜率75 to 95% 的 acetonitrile 獲得 ursolic acid ？
混合的 sample 跑出來的時候 取 acetonitrile 濃度在 75 to 95% 的區段
因為該段為線性區段？誰線性？ ursolic acid 還是 acetonitrile
那抽出來的 ursolic acid 跟 acetonitrile 不是混在一起？
是沒差，還是說反正 acetonitrile 會跑掉？
為什麼前面說取 28 分內 後來又變 21.2 min？
是說總時間 28 分，由其中acetonitrile為75 to 95%的部份取樣 因為那段為線性嗎？
而 Ursolic acid 的 peak 在 21.2分流洗出？然後在-20°下以粉末狀保存之？
