我想這不是權限上的問題...
而是更動的部份會影響整個棋國的建構...
如果使用link的方式...
將名單檔案link起來...
(印象中應該是使用Symbolic link)
於CCK精華區中放置
在CCK或是各國中都可作出名單更動...
那麼三國共設幾名公共管理員...
那就可以解決現況中設回國籍跟俘虜設定的問題..
