隨著中正公園旁的餐飲市場進入戰國時代，
已經算老店的加賀還是在心中有一定的位置，
喜歡他們的烏龍麵、蕎麥麵和揚汁豆腐，
烏龍麵的Q勁雖然在不遠的搞烏龍找到品質相同的麵條，
但搞烏龍的冷麵給我太清淡的感覺，
還是比較偏好加賀的調味。

以往到加賀覓食幾乎都以外帶為主，
若是內用必定會加點這道「揚汁豆腐」。

雞蛋豆腐外層裹上柴魚片後油炸，
淋上鰹魚醬油、佐以芥末提味。

柴魚片吸附醬油的功力一流，
滿口都是幸福的滋味。

6月份還沒到天氣已經熱了，
還吃不到季節限定的烏龍涼麵只好退而求其次點了也不錯的「日本蕎麥涼麵」。

蕎麥麵本體灑上海苔絲、蔥花、柴魚片、白芝麻，
一樣佐有芥末。

前幾口喜歡白嚼蕎麥麵條，
感受一下無調味的淡淡蕎麥香氣。

然後把海苔絲、柴魚片、蔥花移入附上的醬汁裡。

夾起麵條拌入、即可享受。
