七月底沿著興中街找尋小路食堂時
就發現這家在木頭人對面的「花樂食堂」正開始裝修，
適逢颱風過境讓開幕變得格外低調，
颱風一過就迫不及待登門拜訪。

拜訪前就在FB先詢問店家有無菜單參考？
店家就給了一張黑白的點菜單，
看樣子沒有太浮誇的包裝走向。

五點半左右到達，
只有約莫兩組客人，
不過到接近六點就已經滿座，
對新的店家來說算是好的開始。

等待時間有點漫長，
索性隨便拍拍。

其實店面不大、裝修也走實用路線，
就是......
能拍的點不多。

同坐吧台的隔壁桌一對男女朋友(還是夫妻？)貌似燒肉丼(不知是哪種肉)上桌，
看起來同是年輕人應該蠻好相處的心態驅使下(好吧！是我自己補腦！)
請求讓我拍一下....

仔細觀察店家菜單，
舉凡現在熱門的生魚片、燒肉、關東煮幾乎通通包了，
不大的店面野心卻頗大。

千呼萬喚下「極上豪華生魚丼」終於上桌。

小菜對我來說太鹹了，
可能是要客人點酒來配吧？

附贈的湯品卻出奇的淡(海帶芽？)
海帶味道足、調味卻偏輕了些，
其實搭配過鹹的小菜算有中和效果。

海鮮相當豐富，
不過對我來說切得有點太厚。

甜蝦是有蝦膏的，
鮮味十足。

前幾個禮拜幾乎都跑台南吃丼飯，
跟台南不同的是台南吃到的丼飯都會將醬油直接已經入飯，
各有優缺點，
直接調味好的優點是客人不必斟酌該怎麼淋上醬油，
缺點是人的口味有濃淡，
店家幫你淋好？自己就無法控制。

但話說回來，
其實我也不會控制濃淡。

幸好今天濃淡控制得宜，
沒有浪費了這份美饌。

份量有點太多，
建議如果兩個人來可以點一份丼飯再搭配一些燒烤、關東煮就好，
不然會吃不完。
