很久之前就知道仁愛路上的MarketPlace，
偶爾聽板上板友提及，卻從未探訪，
好不容易一試想成主顧，
也在板上PO了食記：

卻也同時聽聞即將歇業的消息。

偶然回報手機衛星導航系統圖資錯誤時，
廠商回覆MarketPlace是「搬遷」而非「歇業」？
依照廠商給的地址實地搜尋，
結果讓我傻眼.......

這家「夢田。夢甜」幾乎是每天經過的店，
光憑外表判斷以為是單純的Coffee Shop，
加上外頭諾大的Pizza看板，
跟MarketPlace完全聯想不起來。

跟店家在FB確認無誤之後，
星期天的晚餐時間拜訪，
巧的是剛到時，跟拜訪MarketPlace天色完全一樣，
因為不夠暗、店家還沒把外頭的燈打亮，

離開時燈亮了、氣氛完全不同。

看過菜單後的確跟前身相當類似。
吃過了飯類，
這次想試試他們的義大利麵。

加60元可以沙拉、湯、飲料3選2。
每次來都會點盆栽奶茶，
所以3選2就挑了沙拉跟湯。

以前對這種燈光昏暗的店其實有點排斥，
直到去過MarketPlace之後才改觀，
燈光其實也算是裝潢擺設的一部分，
往往能讓空間產生區隔的效果。

不懂裝潢，
所以不明白這樣的擺設是否需要花大錢？
不過夢田。夢甜的空間給人的感覺是舒服的，
絕對值得某些餐點好吃、空間設計卻欠缺舒適感的店家觀摩學習的。

店家應該有成員是手創高手，
一些鋁線創作、隨意擺置就很好看。

發現自己很容易滿足，
一家客人不多的店、一個座位、一份合口味的餐點，
就可以打發我。

對他們的沙拉印象很好，
一種「看不到醬汁、卻充滿滋味」的欣喜感，
油醋的酸在夏天嚐來格外清爽，
搭配葡萄柚果肉的香甜，
推薦一定要點。

很神奇的是感覺沒有太刻意的擺盤就很迷人。

玉米濃湯只要真材實料就很好喝，

香醇濃郁。

義大利麵一上桌就很難不去注意到微微透亮的麵條，
燈光照射下格外明顯。

用料也不馬虎，
蝦子很貼心、只留頭尾的去了殼，
不僅方便食用也兼顧擺盤美觀。

中間那塊不算小的鮭魚軟嫩鮮美，
粉紅色澤相當誘人。

麵條軟硬適中、調味也相當符合喜好。

扼腕MarketPlace的結束同時，
新生的夢田。夢甜讓我感覺空間更溫馨了些，
不同以往感覺服務人員的冰冷，
這次的探訪體驗是週到滿意的。

二樓的空間設計也很棒，
沒有過去的華麗、增添的是簡單卻別具用心的巧思，
適合獨處、也可以兩人世界的甜蜜。
