好久沒寫食記，
一個很大的原因是前陣子腸胃炎，
嚴重到痛得以為自己得了腫瘤或是運動傷害之類的(囧rz......)
深刻體悟到健康的身體對一個愛吃的人是多麼重要的事。

以牛奶飲品或是主推豆漿的專賣店在嘉義越來越多，
這家以豆漿主打又搭配早午餐套餐的「樂豆」倒是第一次見到。

雖然離我家很近，
但八點對我來說實在太晚開了，
直到今天犯了懶沒去運動才得以拜訪。

店面不大，
空間精緻有巧思，
簡單中感覺用心，
個人蠻喜歡的。

菜單是用透明膠片列印(或影印)製成，
感覺很特別，
可重複使用的特性也兼具環保。

點了B套餐麵包選擇貝果，
原本想把套餐裡附的300cc原味豆乳加價換成紫米的，
可惜店家不給換、只能加點，
這點殊為可惜。

用完餐結帳時有跟店家反應，
期待再拜訪時能有這種選擇。

豆漿真的非常濃郁，
處理程序相當費功夫，經過脫皮、浸泡、燜煮的黃豆放入條理機慢磨，
不需要濾渣還能喝得到全食物的營養香濃，
果然沒壞了招牌。

沙拉裡異於他人的是點綴著幾塊感覺像手作質感的豆腐，
呼應了以豆漿為主打的店名，
沙拉新鮮好吃，
搭配的醬汁相當清爽開胃。

菜單裡詳細的說明內容物感覺蠻貼心的，
豐富的套餐裡有洋蔥！
說是焦糖洋蔥但感覺不出焦糖？
不喜歡洋蔥的可得避開。
杏鮑菇煎得Q脆兼具，
需要技術的太陽蛋也表現亮眼。

貝果感覺像灑上起司絲再下去烤，
除了讓外型特別也兼具鹹香滋味，
夾層是醬燒豬肉，
有點像MOS的薑燒米漢堡夾層的口感。
貝果紮實有嚼勁，
觀察多時還是決定打散了、用刀叉分開吃。
