It goes like this
Cos of hunger a few days ago, I went to the night market of "Shi-da"to garb
something to eat
by coincidence, I found a treasure
It wasn't a trendy-branded shop nor anything limited edition,
It was only a small pulling car that sells BBQ corns.
It had no clear shop sign, but the mouth watering smell was obvious.
I was on my way home when I passed it.
It was situated on the corner of one of the noisiest part of the night market
Even though it wasn't like other well-known eats in "shi-Da".full of people
lining up
But it still had at least 5 or 6 people marking a line
There was an Aunty, some college students I think, an old man,dumb and dumber ,
and me.
The owner of the corn BBQ cart (oh~in the countryside we call it 燒番麥)
Was the grandpa in his 80s,and his assistant was the Grandpa also in her 80s
I got this small intel from a good-hearted aunty also standing next in the
line
The charcoal corns remids me of home, you know~
This was the first treasure I found at the 燒番麥 cart
The sparkle in the Grandpa's eyes when he concentrated barbequing the corns,
reminded me of my Grandpa playing his guitar
And the way pulls the BBQ sauce corns, reminded me of my Grandpa changing
the strings to his guitar
Oh~and the second treasure I found was quarrel. It was the quarrel between the
old couple.HAHA
The Grandma would be on the side of Grandpa and say"old man, you need to turn
this one","Have you done the new order yet?"
The Grandpa would answer her back "Yes I have!I just turned it a few seconds
ago","I know.I know"
Grandma would then pour a cup of milk for the Grandpa
Then they would change; not untiled Grandpa had finished his milk,Grandma would
be turning the corn sticks.
So I wasn't in a hurry at all.I wasn't in a hurry to leave this frame at all
Because this is the bliss I found on the side of the road; and its the kind of
treasure that's hard to come by in a city like Taipie.
The beautiful taste of the corn, would definately beat the BBQ corns of the
chain shop
Because this is the BBQ corn that has 80 worth of experience.
Every small bits of courn had a full-chewy flavour
Put the secret recept of Grandpa's sause; I wasn't lying when I said that I'll
have two
Gotta add some spicy flavour too. Because their spicy sause, its the kind that
has sweetness in sour, and spice in the sweet. I am not marking this up!!!!!
So my dear friends, one day when you come across the night market of "shi-Da"
,go and find this small BBQ cart.
Punch me if its not good!!!!!!!!!
So I heard that there are some good friends out there that opened a PTT site
for me
(I'm really happy, as happy as when the Taiwanese team bit the Australian team
in baseball Cheers!!!!!!!!!)
So, I'm really a computer idiot .Plus I recently changed my PC to APPLE.
(the monitor had cracked within 6 months of purchase; which cost me 10
thousand to replace. Damn it)
I really don't know what I'm doing ,But I really thank the people in the PTT
that's supporting me.
I will do my best to learn how to get into the PTT site
OHOH~the English blog and the Chinese blog had merged!!!
The admin of the English blog is "engRCHORD", which is also "adelinekao", a
big sister soon to be married.
The chinese blog is still me. All me. Just give it all to ME.
The presidental election is coming up soon; and so all thos "adults" had
started bickering at each other again.
So, to the kids out there who wants to be president when you grow up,
remember, that you should start learning how to find your opponent's weak
points and attack it like there's no tomorrow.
Especially the ADs on TV these days; don't forget to learn and study them too!
And the helping each other; loving each other; to stand in other people shoes
are all just bull shit.
Might as well rip out that part of your text book already.
Because what they each you on the text books, is totally different from what
the TV and those "adults" teach you in the real world.
Some of my friends, really dislike pop music.
They think there're only stupid songs on the market that sounds exactly the
same; they think loud, mind-splitting music is the best.
Some of my friends, doesn't really care if the song is good or not;
as long as there are quick, bold guitar solos in the songs, then they think
it's a good song.
Some of my friends, doesn't care about the music or the lyrics;
as long as the voice of the singer is good, they'll think its a good song.
Some of my friends, doesn't care what the song was about;
as long as the singer is good looking, then it has to be a good song.
Some of my friends, think more about the lyrics than the glamorous music
arrangments
Some of my friends, think more about the rhythm than the lyrics or the melody.
It is very difficult to satisfy everyone's needs
And recently, I'm investigating the know-how on this.
We were taught that it is wrong to be weak. That is why everyone thinks being
brave is proper.
