這一篇有點常識性問題，核威懾力量從來都是把載具包括在內的
中國的工程叫做兩彈一星，這一星就是載具，返回式衛星，神六變軌，都是載具
日本的火箭技術雖然也厲害，但是他們不掌握再入技術，所以他們沒有載具
當然，載具也可以是戰略轟炸機之類，不必是火箭
另一方面，核武器研發還有一個重點是彈頭的小型化，這也和載具有關

以朝鮮為例，他的導彈射程有限，就無法對美國本土進行威懾
而中國的導彈可以打到美國西岸，如果配合潛艇可以打得更遠
結論，載具不是玩具
