[準公告] JamesSoong 正名

[JeffyLiaw (ain't no disguise)]

由於對版友合適的稱呼也是必要的禮貌，通常稱全 ID 或 ID 首字元
都是可接受的稱呼，在前列之外的稱呼，原則上還是要尊重被稱呼者
的主觀感受；既然 JamesSoong 版友已經明確表示：希望被稱呼為「
詹姆士宋」，往後希望版友以「詹姆士宋」稱之，不要出現中文的別
號。
