曹興誠:一月見總統 陳總統允協助
聯電今天舉行股東會(新聞),中國蘇州和艦案成為會中焦點,面對小股東砲轟連連,曹興誠
也強硬反擊。
不過,會後曹興誠竟然主動爆料,他曾經在一月面見陳水扁總統,總統甚至答應協助,但是,
總統府發布新聞稿,否認雙方談到和艦案似乎已經走出和艦這場重量級股東會,由聯電董事
長曹興誠親自上陣,全場焦點都在和艦投資案上,面對小股東連番砲轟,曹興誠都強硬反擊,
甚至還主動爆料,在一月二十五號下午五點,主動求見陳總統,報告聯電和和艦的合
作關係,計劃以聯電日本子公司收購和艦,陳總統還答應盡量協助,小股東聽了更火,不過,
當天也進總統府的行政院長謝長廷說不知情,總統府則在傍晚發布新聞稿,表示總統見曹興
程是聽取國政,雙方沒有提到和艦案
最後,聯電股東會以臨時動議方式,通過支持董事會及董事長對和艦案的處理有小股東特地
上台獻花,為曹興誠打氣,事實上,整場股東會,曹興誠神情自若、有問必答,甚至數度打斷多
次上台發言的小股東,風暴陰霾,展現老曹梟雄氣勢

when spotlight shifted, no one continued to concerned the
development of the crime, UMC invested the branch in china
secretly, i just questioned what is the motivation the tycoon
met our president, and astonished what the sentence indicated
when our almight had said, "i will try to help you to utmost
degree."
citizens and some critics always disdain the fairness of
the judicialary system, and now we clarify who is the source
to disturb and perturb the process of judgement, politicians
try to influence the court by threatening prosecutors or
boycotting the relevant budget, it is a quagmire and tough to
handle, maybe we are inhabitated to endorse and tolerate, but
what a sarcasm the highest goverer also say such ridiculous
words! the incumbent government always scold the court as a
tool to punish the traitor and social activist when they were
stand-by, but today they do certainly exceeds their criticism
previously, the former government dared to say that but played
some tricks under the table, and now the omnipotential speaks
out directly, he can be the last arbitrator!
if the president regard UMC as a scapegoat trapped in the such
absurd and inflexible policy, please modify the law but prosecute
UMC in accordance to the right procedure. it will defame the
reputation and esteem of judice if we can change the law via the
particular case. the better step he can do is to scrutinize the
cross-strait strategy he misconcepter before but not try to choke
and suffocate the court again!
