我大概知道這篇報導講什麼
他只是諷喻陳水扁講場面話，事前一堆五四三，事後卻幾句漂亮話帶過
我是認為，身為國家領導人的演講，講漂亮話是天經地義
只要不要認為講過就等於做過、完成，這樣老百姓也沒有什麼好囉唆的
就當是期許吧，雖然陳水扁有些事項是放在「已完成」那個類別
