Thank you for your authorization. But, Wikipedia can't use picture with
non-commercial licence.
In fact, Wikipedia wan't to print and sell his encyclopedia with very low
price, to bring the knowledge where internet don't come (poor people in
europe, africa, south america...).
A deutch version of Wikipedia is available on DVD. It's the first step in
this way.
If you put your picture under non-commercial licence, it can't be used on the
DVD or printed version.
I can upload since Flickr to Wikipedia only cc-by or cc-by-sa picture.
However, you can upload your picture yourself on Wikimedia (the "gallery" of
Wikipedia :
commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Upload&uselang=frownwork).
You can chose the licence you want.
Excuse me for my bad english.

主要是說 維基百科會印製這些文章或資訊，並以極低的售價將資訊傳播到一些落後國家
如果是用nc的方式把照片放上去，就沒辦法藉由該方式分享資訊到落後國家了
而這個部分讓我突然覺得有點愧咎..... 但同樣也是可以自己上傳
決定使用的CC格式 ... 所以最後我回給這個法國的朋友一封信
讓對方可以直接用原來的 CC-by-SA 這個方式上傳到法國的維基百科
雖然只是一張普普通通的照片 不像 Sandor大的照片那麼漂亮
但還是希望可以不要淪為商業的產品阿～
