這是我學校報告上的問題跟ＯＵＴＰＵＴ的表格，現在就是要以題目跟表格來打出
ＳＱＬ的編程語言，可是我不知道怎樣著手！（注意）題目跟表格都是英文的
所以請各位幫幫忙～我已經想很久了可是就是不對，因為我用的是ＩＳＱＬ網上的系統
所以如果輸入的編程不對的話，就不會有表格出現。拜託高手救救小弟！
Ｑ：List the columns displayed below for all rows of the staff table.
The rows must show each staff member's name and the state they were trained at.
The output must be in state name sequence. Within each state, rows must be listed within
staff name sequence.
