[請益] 形容詞有性別?

想請問大家
1.若將形容詞變成名詞後 形容詞自尾需加e還是en阿?
2.變化之後的名詞性別為?
(變化後的詞性是否有固定為某種詞性?)

例如:gehaehig(能行走的)
