所謂Six-Year Free Agents是在小聯盟待7年或是以上的球員，如果沒有放在40-
men roster裡面，那麼他有資格登記成為FA。

為什麼是7年，根據BA所說明 :

"The name six-year free agent comes from six renewable years on his contract,
thus a total of seven years in the minor leagues."

由於小聯盟的合約是一年一簽，年底換約，經過6次換約，才有資格成為FA，所
以大概是7年。以下是今年的名單。
