The long-awaited new name of Bank One Ballpark is ... Chase Field.
這個令人等很久的 BOB新名字是....Chase球場
After a year of waiting, the Arizona Diamondbacks' park was officially
renamed - and the new logo unveiled - at a news conference Friday.
等了一年之後，響尾蛇的主場終於正式的改名了，並且在禮拜五的記者會上，
為新的標誌揭幕
The name change follows last year's merger between Bank One Corp. and
JPMorgan Chase & Co..
改名是因為去年 第一銀行集團和 JP磨跟缺司集團合併了
Mary Jane Rogers, a spokeswoman with Chase, said the new name was chosen
because it had a "traditional baseball feel to it."
MJ.Rogers， Chase的發言人，說這個新名字被取，是因為他「感覺起來很像個傳統
球場的名字」
As part of the celebration, 2,500 T-shirts with the name will be tossed into
the crowd in the middle of the first inning tonight, when the Diamondbacks
host San Diego.

The first 15,000 fans will receive Chase rally towels, which the players are
scheduled to help distribute for 15 minutes starting around 5:40 p.m., said
Catherine Herman, the team's marketing manager.

The team also plans to show video clips of the top 10 events at the ballpark,

Chase, which assumes the $66 million, 30-year naming rights deal that runs to
2028, will pay for all the name changes at the ballpark.

Another name change likely is in the works for neighboring America West
Arena, because the sponsor airline will become US Airways.

Suns President Rick Welts said talks are ongoing with the airline about
changing the name.
太陽隊老闆說他正在和航空公司談改名的事。
"I think it will heat up quickly after the merger is complete," Welts said.
他說：「我想改名會在合併完成之後很快加速完成。」
