TUCSON, Ariz. -- The Diamondbacks rejected the Yankees' offer of right fielder

Raul Mondesi for catcher Damian Miller and lefthander Greg Swindell.

The Yankees' interest in Miller could be another sign of their desire to trade

catcher Jorge Posada. The Diamondbacks were also said to be talking with the

A's about a deal that would send first baseman Erubiel Durazo and righthanded

closer Byung-Hy n Kim to Oakland for righthanded closer Billy Koch.

The A's have long coveted Durazo. ...
