星期六 天氣晴 在曼谷只剩下一年的時間,事情是來得這樣的快這樣的突然。 要接上財務的角色,內心是著時有點忐忑不安。 要好好把握這剩下一年的日子,盡情地體驗異國的文化。 中東菜、法國菜、義大利菜、印度菜~ 希望離開前都能看得懂菜單! 5/15 日看了天使與魔鬼 沒看過書的我原本擔心沒有字幕可能會有點吃力, 不過幸好還是能順利的看完。 Nice story, Ewan Mcgregor rocks ~! 吃了一間不錯的義大利店, 今天吃Penne Gorgonzola Ingredients 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (preferably Italian-marinated) 1 lb penne pasta 1/2-1 cup butter 1 pint heavy cream 4 ounces gorgonzola, crumbled 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon nutmeg 2 roma tomatoes, chopped Directions 1Grill or broil chicken breasts; slice into thin strips. 2Cook pasta according to package directions. 3Toss with olive oil, return to pot. 4While pasta and chicken are cooking, melt butter in medium saucepan, heat to boiling, stirring constantly, boil 1 minute. 5Slowly add heavy cream, heat to a boil to reduce, stirring constantly. 6Boil for 2 minutes. 7Reduce heat, add Gorgonzola, parmesan and nutmeg. 8Stir until melted. 9Serve sauce over noodles, top with chicken and chopped tomatoes.
