On my way to work on Fri...
I saw elementary students on educational outing at Hsu-lin train station...
The teacher told them how to tell the train timetable and so on...
It's a good teaching method as far as I'm concerned...
I remember education in Tw was not so practical...only academic
research/teaching...
Educational system is changing now...
but not all good......
I heard some at my work place...st such as the "nine-year-consecutive" learning
or "constructive" math...
Anyway..it's rather confusing to me....-____-""
I dunno the details, either...
According to my boss..parents are complaining to those policies and the govern-
ment deosn't stick to their gun, either...
They even doubt the system and are comtemplating amending it as well~~~
Then...why did they bother to abolish JCEE...
As for me...there are some good points of JCEE compared with the swingingly
educational system status quo~~~
Anyway...I'm not the Minister of Education...
I'm not an elementary school teacher, either...
None of my business...
Just my casual thoughts after encounting those lovely kids~~ :)
