Jogging is good. It makes me feel healthy. It rids of the kind of smothered
pain in my chest, which probably came from my smoking history, and it also
smoothens my breath every time I jogged. I sweat a lot, which is also a good
feeling that I can sense my weight is losing. And for the first time in four
years, I reached my 77kg near goal (I'm almost 6-feet).
The magic of jogging is even more than that of the physical part. It basically
stops all of my brain activities, well, I mean mainly the cerebral. I jog for
the benefit of a few minute peace from the emotional junks I've got everyday.
What's more, I guess it's got something to do with some sort of endorphin
released during the physical exercises, the aftermath of jogging has always
been a happy, soothing one so far. In every major metropolitan people tend to
suffer a lot from the aches of solitude, and this can be a both perfect and
healthy way to deal with it.
I just discovered that in Taipei a very lazy culture has been long rooted here.
This is not good, people do not exercise as much as they should. And as a man
I shall as a question to other men: have you guys ever noticed that the butts
of most asian girls are flat? And what makes those voluptuous Latino hips?
Yes, you might want to say something about the genes, and as a medical
researcher I am happy to offer you an alternative thinking -- exercises make
a big difference. Hey who am I to lecture you guys here after all? Just sharing
what I've noticed today..........
