UT和Aa的關係有很多種說法
我也不知道哪種才是正確的
不過最常聽到的是UT本為Minichamps的子品牌
後來被Gateway Global買下來
不過每賣一台UT都還要給Minichamps抽固定比例的金額
於是後來Gateway Global藉由UT慢慢在市場上佔有一定比例後
自創更高品質的新品牌AUTOart來取代原本的UT
所以UT就漸漸地淡出市場而不再生產囉~~
