Bones: It took me a long time...to be able to remember when I was young,
我也是花了很久的時間...才有辦法想起小時候的事，
because...I didn't trust that happy memories.
因為...我不相信那些幸福的記憶。
I...couldn't believe them.
我...就是沒有辦法相信。
Not with the life I was living in foster homes.
在領養家庭的生活讓我不敢去相信。

Bones: Some images just wouldn't go away.
有些畫面總是跑不掉的。
I would close my eyes at night and I would see a woman--my mother,
晚上閉上雙眼，我就會看見一個女人--我的母親。
with me on her lap.
她抱著我坐在她腿上。
We were having a picnic on a beach.
我們在海灘上野餐。
She was cutting me a big piece of chocolate cake, and we were laughing.
她還正在切一大塊巧克力蛋糕要給我。我們笑得好開心。
Sweets: Uh, remember the moments like those can make the difficult situation
worse,
通常這樣的回憶會讓妳覺得當下的現實生活更糟，
if you think you can never be happy like that again.
那是因為你覺得妳再也不可能那麼快樂了。
but if you see a chance, give yourself hope,
但如果妳讓自己看到轉機，給自己一點希望，
it can allow yourself to believe that those moments are real.
就可以讓自己去相信那些片刻都是真實的。
