檢察官如果90天內沒提出上訴他就被釋放啦～
第一季中最心痛生氣的就是看Brendan被審的整個過程
這次法官判決有痛批Kachinsky真心覺得爽!!:
"Although it probably does not need to be
stated, it will be: Kachinsky’s conduct was
inexcusable both tactically and ethically.
It is one thing for an attorney to point out
to a client how deep of a hole the client is
in. But to assist the prosecution in digging
that hole deeper is an affront to the principles
of justice that underlie a defense attorney's
vital role in the adversarial system."
（可是後來逛reddit看到Kachinsky升官一整個花惹發.........
這次上訴過程希望會在第二季播出啊！
