A sense of humor and style are nice, but the Prison Break star just wants a
confident partner
With his piercing blue eyes and luscious lips, Prison Break's Wentworth
Miller is one of the hottest guys on TV. But surprisingly the hunky
33-year-old----who plays Michael, an architect who purposely landed himself
in jail to save his brother from a death sentence.----doesn't get the type of
fan mail one might expect. Instead of love letters, marriage proposals or
undergarments, Wentworth gets board games! "I haven't gotten any outrageous
propositions yet," he reveals, "but someone did send me a portable Scrabble
set, which was sweet." Now, the single actor just needs someone to play with,
and he knows what he's looking for. "People talk about a sense of humor and
style, but at the root of those attractive qualities is confidence," he says.
"I'd like someone who can be my anchor."
What's your type?
I tend to gravitate toward brunettes. For a long time, I've had a crush on
Angie Harmon. When she was on Law & Order, she was like a beautiful barracuda.
Would you date a fellow actor?
I'd like someone who's appreciative of what it is to be an actor but who is
not an actor themselves. Maybe someone who works for a studio. That'd be
perfect. Then they can hire me!
What do you do to relax?
I enjoy swimming, reading and taking naps! But I try to keep my downtime
low-key because the job can be draining.
Do you have to keep in shape for Prison Break?
It's hard to establish an exercise routine given the hours I work. Plus, I
made the decision that my character wasn't going to be particularly in shape.
Michael's the brains of the operation.
What's coming up on the show?
Eventually we break out, and the show takes a hard right turn,. It'll be
about the brothers on the run, trying to unravel the conspiracy that put my
brother [played by Dominic Purcell] behind bars.
Your character's tattoo is elaborate. Is it tough to put on?
It's the most ambitious faux tattoo ever attempted. The application takes
five hours with two people applying it.
How uncomfortable is that?
It's like wearing fly-paper. It's stick, so we scrub it off each day with
solvents.
What does it do to your skin?
It's dry form the alcohol, but also nicely exfoliated, thanks to all the
scrubbing.
Do you feel like a rebel when you're wearing the tattoo?
When it comes to feeling like a bad ass, I need all the help I can get!
