英國影集跟美國影集風格差滿多
不過讓我比較佩服的是BBC出品的影集
都相當有水準,而且還會去照顧到一些非主流觀眾

1.The Young Ones(1982)
這一部是早期非主流喜劇影集的代表
主題環繞著四個大學生(無政府主義者Rick,嬉皮Neil,暴力龐克搖滾者Vyvyan,神秘的Mike)
場景大都在他門四人合租的破爛房子裡面
雖然是學生但是幾乎沒看到他們在念書
裡面內容帶有一些無政府主義和離奇的幽默
這影集要去享受他必須有個open mind
看不慣的話也很正常 畢竟屬於alternative comedy
p.s.Blackadder迷們,第四季裡的德國空軍好手就是這部影集裡的Vyvyan

2.Bottom(1991-1995)
由the young ones裡面兩位主角繼續合作而寫出的喜劇
分飾Richie/Richard Richard 和 Eddie/Edward Elisabeth Hitler
裡面的笑點通常都有點暴力
看習慣美劇可能會有點不習慣

3.Blackadder(1983-1989)
說到英國喜劇不得不提Blackadder
裡面可謂眾星雲集Hugh Laurie,Rowan Atkinson,Stephen Fry.
這劇情著重在Blackadder這一家族
從第一季中古世紀貪婪但愚蠢的王子
第二季伊莉莎白年代時貪婪但聰明的貴族,他的後代的角色大概在這一季定型
第三季則屈居為一位蠢王子的butler
第四季是一位厭倦戰場的軍官
劇中主角Blackadder常常得生出一些計謀來照顧自己的利益
愚蠢的跟班Baldrick則常常給一些無用的"cunning plan"
Blackadder在第二季開始變聰明,而且對自己非常有信心
甚至有點自戀
他罵人時喜歡用譬喻法,展現罵人不帶髒字的最高境界
(最經典的:The eyes are open, the mouth moves, but Mr Brain has long since
departed, hasn't he, Percy?")
第四季的結束畫面是個經典
看了就會懂得

4.Yes,Minister+Yes,Prime Minister(1980-1988)
這屬於政治諷刺喜劇
主角Jim Hacker從內閣到後來當上首相中
不斷的和公務員系統的首腦Sir Humphrey Appleby產生鬥爭
主角的秘書Bernard Wooley則常常不知該效忠於誰
大部分的時候Sir Humphrey都贏,一集結束時都會以Sir Humphrey狡詐的說
"Yes, Minister."結束
但是也有少數幾集是認輸的說"Yes,Minister."
這部影集在諷刺政府,也因為往往切中要害所以大受好評
也是當年首相柴契爾夫人的最愛

organization has, the more arguments it can stir up. The more futile and

primeval還不錯 科幻影集
little britain可能有些人會看不習慣
Spooks是間諜影集(MI5) 中上
Hustle是在說詐騙手法 滿推薦的(永遠記住:you can't con an honest man)
不過看這影集要有耐心
ultimate force是在說SAS的 喜歡動作片的可以看看
Doctor Who算滿經典的 不過我只看過幾集 印象不錯
Torchwood 科幻影集 只追了幾集 個人給個中上
Monty Python這影集好像也是個經典 但是我沒看過 有熟悉的在介紹一下吧
