A PO gate is like a buffer without output. In other words, PO(22GAT) has
no fanout, and one fanin as OR(22GAT).
However, in order to distinguish PO(22GAT) and OR(22GAT) in the map, please
apply the name "22GAT$PO" to the map. Please note that you DON'T NEED TO
change the name of the PO gate. You can still use its original name
(i.e. 22GAT). This will make the "report xxx" commands easier.
In short, just composing the name "22GAT$PO" when read from and write to
the map.
