請問capita是什麼= =?

2.which of the following is characteristic of a per capita problem function?
a.as the stock of capital increase , the per capita production function shifts
  upward.
b.the state of technology varies along a given per capita production fuction.
c.the law of diminishing returns applies to the per capita production fuction.
d.per capita output is constant along a given per capita production function.

上面這題我完全看不懂他要問的跟答案選項的意思 = =

3.Assuming that wages and prices are sticky,the higher the expected price
  level.
a.the higher is the actual price level and higher is the unemployment rate.
b.the lower is the actual price level and higher is the unemployment rate.
c.the lower is the actual price level and lower is the unemployment rate.
d.the higher is the actual price level and lower is the unemployment rate.

這題我也不太清楚他題目問的,選項倒還好

以上都是成大考古題,有查了一下想了很久還是不太懂!!

請問capita是什麼= =?我查字典查不到適合的答案!!
