理性預期說的是平均而言預測是準確的 也就是短期可能高估或低估但平均值是接近
實際值 若是擴張貨幣政策被預測到則只有物價上漲的效果 若打擊通貨膨漲(採緊縮貨
幣) 則經濟緊縮的情況會比較緩和物價也會很快下跌 所以不一定無效啦看是那種政策
囉
再請問兩題研究所的考題：

: （B）未預料到的財政政策獲貨幣政策，並不會使所得發生變動

這裡指的effectiveness應該是指物價上的變化吧....
例如擴張貨幣被預測到則會加強物價上漲 打擊通貨膨漲被預測到會加速物價下跌
