我覺得是d
你每賣一本書 都要負擔a,b,c三項成本
只有d不用
d的成本是一開始就要付的
跟你賣幾本書無關
這樣才叫做固定成本吧

FC比較不牽涉到機會成本 應該比較接近SUNK COST吧
好比今天我要自己生產麵包 生產一個根一億個 都需要先蓋一個麵包廠
但一個跟一億個 所需的員工與小麥的數量當然不同 薪資跟小麥進價也不同
因此麵包廠是FC 員工薪水與小麥成本是VC
這也就是SHUTDOWN DECISION怎麼做的決斷因素
如果照你說的 固定成本是生產某樣東西所承擔的機會成本
那就不會是固定的了
而書的排版跟書皮設計 跟你書的銷量無關 (當然請橙果設計還是成功高中漫畫社設計的價格會有差異)
因此是固定成本
