下面這個網站很有用喔，可以查詢美國各種商品的環保標章，

包括有機、公平交易、木材、動物測試、基因改造等等相關標章，
在每個標章的頁面，
會說明這個標章的可信度，代表的意義，可能會在那些商品上看到，
以及標章的認證單位、歷史等。
像妳提到的OTCO，網頁上說這是USDA核准的有機認證，
Oregon Tilth Certified Organic (OTCO) has been certifying products
as organic since 1982 and is accredited as an organic certifier by
the USDA. The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has developed
a fixed set of standards that must be met by anyone using the
"organic" label in the United States.
所以意義上應該等同於USDA標章，只是實際認證的單位是OCTO。
