雖然有兩各pole 但是中間會夾一個zero
所以在open loop的cut off frequency的地方
gain的部份還是-20dB/dec (一般正常設計都會是這樣)
所以在cut off frequeny內跟single-pole system是差不多的
當然在fut off freuency外跟single-pole system不一樣
不過超過cut off frequency也不是我們care的部份
