Right-hander Chin-hui Tsao, once the Rockies' top farm prospect, got the
call in relief of Dodgers starter Derek Lowe with two out in the fifth
and the Rockies ahead 5-2. The Rockies did not tender Tsao a big league
contract during the offseason, and Tsao opted to sign with the Dodgers
instead of return to the Rockies. . . .
