right-handed reliever Chin-hui Tsao, more than a year after surgery
to repair his right rotator cuff, has experienced another setback.
He's not able to bounce back from throwing sessions -- a development
that has the Rockies concerned.
"He's not doing very well -- he can throw once every six or seven days,"
Dugger said. "That's not right."
The original optimist, though, was Tsao, who had surgery last May 25,
and would be ready to return to action this month. Tsao, 25, was 1-0
with three saves and a 6.55 ERA, and had thrown some pitches at 100 mph
last season before the injury.
看來今年可以出來投個幾場就不錯了...
