Right-hander Chin-hui Tsao experienced tightness in the front part of his
shoulder on Wednesday, when he blew the save but emerged the winning pitcher
in the Rockies' 6-5 victory over Arizona. Manager Clint Hurdle said the
Rockies would stay away from Tsao for the next two games, using left-hander
Brian Fuentes in the closer role.

It's another turn for Tsao, who is learning that part of the education of
being a Major League closer is being able to understand how his arm feels
and how to function when it isn't at its best.
曹要學會瞭解到自己手臂狀,以及狀況不好時該怎麼調適,這都是當closer必須學習的

Tsao made appearances on Monday and Wednesday. On the 1-to-5 scale that the
Rockies use to communicate with Tsao on the condition of his arm -- his
native language is Mandarin Chinese, and English communication between him
and the club sometimes isn't the best -- Tsao was a "2" both games, meaning
there was some tightness. Yet, on Monday, he threw an overpowering 96 mph
fastball. Tuesday, he stayed in the upper 80s.
這禮拜兩場 曹自己評估手臂的狀況 都只有2 (1~5之間) 代表有些緊
不過週一還有96mph 週二不到90mph

"No question, that's the dilemma that pitchers have to face, especially
closers, because you're expected to perform to your ability even though your
ability that day isn't up to normal standards," pitching coach Bob Apodaca
said.

Apodaca: 這毫無疑問是投手都必須面對的難題,尤其是closer 隨時都可能要上場
即使你當天的狀況不好,也要能夠拿出你的本事來
