Pitcher Chin-hui Tsao, who blew through the minors in 2003 but was up-and-down
in the Majors, has a chance to make the team out of Spring Training and has the
talent to be a No. 1 starter if he learns the big league game. Outfielder Rene
Reyes, whose 2003 mirrored Tsao's, could make the team out of Spring Training,
although the jury is out on whether he can develop into a frontline player.
